Vin Diesel is reportedly in talks to star in Sony Pictures’ film adaptation of the Valiant comic book, Bloodshot. Sources confirm to IGN that Sony is in early talks with Diesel to star in the main role of Angelo Mortalli (aka Bloodshot) in Sony’s upcoming adaptation of the Valiant franchise. Once a ruthless killer for the mob, Mortalli eventually becomes the super-soldier known as Bloodshot after being enhanced with nanotechnology. Kevin Van Hook, Don Perlin, and Bob Layton created the character in 1992.
