Blizzard has announced it won’t be making any Diablo-related announcements at this year’s BlizzCon.
« This year, we want to give you a heads-up that while Diablo will be on the show floor, we won’t be making any new Diablo announcements, » Blizzard wrote on the Battle.net forums.
« There will be a time for that at some point in the future, but that time is not now. »
While the company isn’t set to reveal what’s next for Diablo, BlizzCon 2017 won’t ignore the series entirely. The convention, which takes place November 3-4, will feature Diablo panels for both attendees and Virtual Ticket holders, as well as a « special BlizzCon Diablo III in-game reward. »
